This is for the author of "tired of crap" under the 'Smile' string.
It seems apparent that someone (seemingly American) has done you wrong recently to elicit such a volatile rant against Americans. I used the term rant because the thought itself is sound, but sadly mired in a string of non-supported, irrelevant statements and solely based on a single inappropriate post.
I would not consider myself a political person and would NEVER share my unsolicited political views with ANYONE. Shame on the author of "Smile" for doing so. But, as for this board becoming or remaining "mostly Canadian", c'mon...get a grip. There is nothing wrong with patriotism or the desire to maintain your homeland identity, but this board is for everyone to share in the Kipawa experience. And considering that many posters are from the U.S., it is only natural and expected that an American slant or observation will interject into the discussions at some point. I do not condone the political posting of "Smile", but let's forget it and move along.
I praise Canada daily. I love the United States. I would guess that is the sentiment of many posters, either American or Canadian that enjoy this discussion board.
